We initially booked a horrible room at the Address Marina and chose to not ruin our trip to Dubai and booked the W. As soon as we arrived, we were met by a 5-star service staff. I mean wow. Szilvia is the lead concierge and everyone smiles, is attentive but not intrusive, and brings joy to the moment. From tea and water in the lobby during check-in to room service being more than making the bed, the service and experience were "punching above its weight class."

Perfect for work trips! During the morning and days the hotel is quiet. Rooms are quiet at all times. Even on a friday with all the parties, I had no problems with noise. Staff is super friendly. Pool area great for winding down after a long work day.

Loved my few days at the W. Very high standard here. Close to the Walk and easy enough to walk to the metro for access downtown. Beautiful view into the harbour. I loved their gym with air con. It’s party central so if you get irritated by music until 2am it might not be for you.

Good for adults looking for hookups, but really bad if you are on a business trip or just looking to relax, between thr multiple bars and clubs and pool parties, and the amount of 24/7 constructions next to it, it is always noisy...everywhere!

this is the third time I have stayed which says a lot as I have stayed at many of the nice hotels in Dubai which were all generally excellent. the location is good and sharing the resorts facilities widens the appeal as does that it is adult only. The rooms are nice and kept spotlessly clean but the differentiator are the staff who are universally terrific, professional and friendly. It can be either tranquil or a bit more party wise depending on your inclination and which part of the extensive facility you go to and the rooftop balcony view and bar area are excellent. Sports bar great. Two things to improve 1) the music content/volume at breakfast in Ginger Moon are simply inappropriate and it it TIME this was sorted neither content nor volume match the clientele and no proper room teamaking facilities for the British just an over complex coffee machine not acceptable!!

It's not a 5-star hotel
The hotel's decoration and location are truly nice. However, the service is far from being worthy of a 5-star hotel. Small details made the overall experience poor. The room cleaning was subpar, with unpleasant individuals on the beach constantly asking if you were a hotel guest. Waiters hovered and demanded payment before we even finished our meals, and the hotel called to collect payment for room services instead of adding them to the room bill for payment at the end. It felt like they were solely focused on extracting money from guests. I understand these may seem like minor details, but I've stayed in other 5-star hotels where I didn't encounter these issues. The lack of good service and a luxurious atmosphere prevented me from truly relaxing and disconnecting.
