Changes to View Retreats: A Letter from our Founders

We’ve made some exciting changes at View Retreats, and we wanted to let you know because some of them may affect you.

Let’s be honest. The last few years have been tough for everyone. COVID-19 made us think differently. Not just because it caused a serious blow to our business, but also because it made us all realise more than ever the importance of looking after our health and wellbeing.

We’re both accredited life coaches, and we’re passionate about the power of travel to help people to reconnect with nature, with each other, and with themselves.

So we decided to transform View Retreats.

Since Monday 15th of July 2024, we have shifted from being a luxury accommodation booking website to focusing on properties and destinations that offer spa and wellness experiences. We will now only offer direct bookings for these properties via our personalised Spa & Wellness Holiday booking service.

What does this mean for you?

On our site, you’ll no longer find accommodation listings with real-time rates and availability. Instead, you’ll find a range of carefully curated and customisable wellness holidays that you can book directly with us. We’ll continue to provide inspiration for other extraordinary accommodation and stays through our blog, and will provide links to book through trusted booking partners.

Gift card holders

We will of course honour all purchased gift cards. You can use your gift card to make wellness holiday bookings directly with our team. We are also able to book thousands of other hotels, resorts and private villas that are not shown on our website. If you have any questions about the process, contact us at [email protected].

Guests with existing bookings

We will continue to support any current accommodation bookings via [email protected] or 1300 368 337. Please note that you will no longer be able to retrieve your booking online.

Members

You will no longer have a member account or wishlist, but you will remain a subscriber to our newsletter.

If you created a Wishlist and did not manage to save your favourites somewhere else, we may still be able to provide you with your list of favourites. Please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be able to assist.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that might be caused by these changes. But we know this is the right direction for View Retreats, and we remain 100 percent committed to connecting you with extraordinary experiences across the world.
