Q: How can I make a booking with my gift card?

To redeem your gift card, please contact us at bookings@viewretreats.com. Please include as much information as possible so we can assist you in the best possible way.Gift cards can only be redeemed through View Retreats within the validity period. Please note that you cannot use a gift card to complete an online booking on any other website nor to pay for a reservation directly with an accommodation provider.You can use your gift card to book any View Retreats Wellness Holiday, Tailored Holiday or any other accommodation featured on our website.Full payment of the entire booking amount is required upon booking when using a gift card (except if you book one of our Wellness Holidays or Private Holidays). All bookings are subject to availability and the accommodation provider’s terms. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and can’t be used towards services directly offered by the accommodation provider.Gift cards can only be used for new bookings and cannot be applied to an existing online booking. If you have already completed a booking elsewhere, you will need to cancel this booking and rebook via our support team in order to use your gift card. Please note that cancellation fees may apply.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable at all times.If you have used a portion of your gift card amount, the remaining balance will remain on file for the validity of the gift card and can be put towards future purchases. Gift cards and remaining balances are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

With a View Retreats Gift Card, you can escape to a serene weekend getaway or a luxurious wellness holiday at stunning properties around the world. Gift cards can be purchased for any amount (AUD only) and are valid for 3 years from the issue date.

When the lucky receiver is ready, we will help facilitate the booking.

What can I use my gift card for?

Our gift cards can be used to book any of the Wellness Retreats, Spa Hotels or Wellness Tours listed on our website. We do also have access to thousands of hotels around the world that are not listed on our site but can be booked by us.

We will work with you to create your perfect getaway.

My gift card is in Australian Dollars. Can I book something outside of Australia?

Yes, the gift card can be used in any country featured as part of our collection, however, the booking will be paid for in Australian Dollars. Do keep in mind that if the accommodation is located outside Australia, an exchange rate will apply to the booking total. You’ll be advised of this when contacting us to make the booking.

Gift cards can be reissued upon confirmation of the original purchase details. For security reasons, we can only resend a gift card to the person who originally purchased it.

Can I give my gift card to someone else?

Yes, you can (but why would you?)

Can I get a physical gift card?

As a paperless company, we do not issue physical cards. This is to help reduce our impact on this beautiful planet we live on.
