After 11 unforgettable years helping thousands of people discover extraordinary places and create cherished memories, the time has come for us to say goodbye.

View Retreats began with a simple but powerful idea — to connect people with nature, others, and themselves through meaningful travel experiences. Over the years, we’ve been privileged to work with passionate partners, showcase some of the world’s most beautiful properties, and help our guests find moments of peace, joy, and inspiration.

Like many in the travel industry, we faced significant challenges after Covid. While we weathered the storm for as long as we could, the landscape has shifted. The rise of larger multinational players has made it increasingly difficult for smaller, independent businesses like ours to thrive in this new era.

So, we’ve made the decision to wind down View Retreats and will no longer be taking new bookings. While this chapter is closing, we’re proud of everything we’ve achieved and grateful to have been part of so many people’s journeys.

If you hold a valid gift card, you are still eligible for a refund within the card’s validity period. Please refer to the FAQs below for more details.

Gift Cards

Can I still use my gift card?

Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting new bookings, so gift cards can no longer be redeemed for travel. However, if your gift card is still within its validity period, you are eligible for a refund. Please see below for how to request one.



How can I get a refund on my gift card?

If your gift card is valid (i.e. not expired), you can request a refund by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include your gift card number and your bank account details (BSB and account number) so we can process the refund directly.



Can I get a refund on an expired gift card?

No. We are only able to issue refunds for gift cards that are still within their original validity period.



I need to change or cancel an existing booking — what do I do?

If you have an upcoming booking, please email any change or cancellation requests to [email protected]. We’ll do our best to assist or direct you to the best contact.
